The Northern California District Council of Laborers and its representative negotiating committee is responsible for negotiating industry agreements on behalf of its affiliated local unions in the 46 Northern California Counties.
We currently have approximately 1,700 signatory employers in Northern California. Each of these employers have the peace of mind knowing that the collective bargaining agreement they are signatory has been negotiated and agreed to by a group of their management peers. By working together in collaborative labor relations, we ensure that your laborer employees are productive, motivated and maintain competitive wages and working conditions.
